1. Donations

All donations made to Sunita Welfare Society are voluntary and non-refundable.

Once a donation is processed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed, as funds are immediately allocated to ongoing charitable activities.

2. Errors in Donation

In case of any duplicate transaction or error in payment, donors are requested to contact us within 7 working days at our official email/phone number.

After verification, if a genuine error is found, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.

3. Event/Program Contributions

Contributions made for specific events, campaigns, or sponsorships are also non-refundable.

If an event is cancelled, funds will be redirected towards similar welfare activities.

4. Tax Benefits

Donations made to Sunita Welfare Society may be eligible for tax benefits under applicable laws (if registered under 80G/12A).

Receipts will be issued for all donations.
